Real Solutions and Service to South LA

All Peoples checks in with YouthSource Alumni.

Meet Jose Guzman. Jose worked in the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) at All Peoples from August 2014 through December 2014.

YouthSource Case Manager Adrian Rios immediately saw the raw talent, skills, and academic competence that Jose displayed, and worked with Jose to support his natural talents and abilities. Jose had so much dedication that he became a true role model and mentor to his peers at All Peoples.

Jose is currently enrolled in UC Davis. He’s attending the Biology Scholars Program, and recently picked up a lab position for breast cancer research under the guidance of Dr. Sweeney at UC Davis. Most recently, Jose applied for a Sports Medicine Internship Program at UC Davis.

YouthSource Case Manager Adrian Rios continues to stay engaged with Jose as well as all of our YouthSource Alumni, and offers support as needed as they continue to strive for their goals.

All Peoples is proud of Jose and wishes him the very best in all of his future endeavors!
