The City of Los Angeles, in partnership with the Mayor’s Fund, distributed over 36 Million Dollars through Oracle and Mastercard gift cards, serving more than 100,000 people. All Peoples FamilySource Center helped with the distribution of gift cards to South Los Angeles residents.
All Peoples Community & FamilySource Center has teamed up with The Community Investment for Families Department to provide groceries, family services, and all the help Angelenos may need.
In response to the Safer-at-Home order that began in March 2020, All Peoples Community Center created the Senior Food Delivery Service in October 2020 to supplement the food supply for homebound seniors, promote healthy eating habits, and connect seniors to needed services and information. The Senior Food Delivery service is currently delivering food to 75+ seniors per week. All Peoples is grateful for our partnership with CARE and DoorDash, allowing us to successfully reduce food insecurity among low-income seniors 55+ in South Los Angeles.
