COMMUNITY BUILDING CIRCLES

All Peoples has started our LAUSD Restorative Justice Group “Community Building Circles” for our Middle School Youth led by LAUSD PSA Counselor Stacy Gooding.  The District adopted the School Climate Bill of Rights in May 2013 and has committed to implementing Restorative Justice practices in all LAUSD schools by 2020. Restorative Justice emphasizes community building and commits to restoring positive relationships. Restorative practices promote and strengthen positive school culture and pro-social relationships also improve within the school community.  Our “Community Building Circles” Restorative Justice Group will be held at All Peoples every Tuesday from 4pm – 5pm. For more information, please contact PSA Counselor Stacy Gooding at (213) 747-6357 ext 150.
