The 13th annual Don Shelton Memorial Golf Classic will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at the San Dimas Canyon Golf Club! Proceeds benefit All Peoples Community Center, Disciples Seminary Foundation, DOC Students Program, Chapman University, Eastmont Community Center, Project Impact USA, and the Camp and Conference Scholarship Fund of the PSWR.
All Peoples Community & FamilySource Center participated in the Synergy Back to School Fair on the Dr. Maya Angelou School Campus.
We also hosted a booth at the 22nd Annual Central Avenue Jazz Festival and at the Best Start Metro – Culture of Respect Event to discuss our available services to the Community.

Murray Hills Christian Church volunteered at All Peoples from July 10th – July 15th.
The Mission group was able to lend a helping hand by cleaning our parking lot, reorganizing several community rooms, and maintenance along with many other projects at the Center.

Macy’s Charity Challenge – Shop for a Cause
All People Community Center participated in our 1st Macy’s Charity Challenge – Shop for a Cause which was held on July 11, 2017 to August 9, 2017.
We were able to raise $415 during our fundraising campaign! The proceeds will support our Mejor Leadership Group who will be taking 13 families to the Loch Leven Denton Roberts Family Camp from August 25, 2017 – August 27, 2107 where their focus will be on family strength and unity.

My best All Peoples story: I remember at All Peoples, the day that I was surprised on my birthday by Deisy Huerta and the High School Youth. I got a huge birthday card that was self-made. I appreciated the birthday cake, food and gifts. Everyone sang Happy Birthday, and I have never felt so much love. I thanked everyone for the beautiful gesture.
Hobbies: Writing stories, playing volleyball at All Peoples, experiencing new types of cultural foods
