Executive Director
Saundra Bryant is
the Executive Director of All Peoples Christian Center, a position she has held for the past twenty-five years. She has been
a part of the center’s family since she was a two year old in the daycare program. She continued to participate in the
agency’s program throughout her childhood and adolescence. She then attended California State Polytechnic University,
in Pomona, California, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in the area of Social Work. She attained her Master’s
Degree in Social Work Administration and Planning from the University of Tennessee, at Knoxville. She also is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker in the State of California.
Accomplishments at All Peoples Christian Center
Under Saundra’s leadership All Peoples has transformed over the last
20 years. She attributes the transformation is due to the combine efforts of her dedicated staff and herself to make All Peoples
one of the top social service agencies in the community. Some of the accomplishments under Saundra’s leaderships are:
- Became a member organization of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles
- Increased budget from
$400,000 to over 1 million dollars
- Increased staff from twelve to forty persons of various ages, ethnicities, profession
- Expanded
programs emphasizing education, social values, and social development
- Hired professional social workers, BSW and
MSW, to provide counseling and case management services
- Developed collaborative relationships with various city, county,
and public schools to expand services for families
